Required Qualifications: • Minimum Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, or Bachelors Degree) • Required Licenses/Certifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) • CPR-BLS • ACLS within 6 months of hire • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) within 6 months of hire • PALS within 6 months of hire • Preferred Skills & Knowledge: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting. • Empathetic and supportive care, especially for families. • Team-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
