In this role, you will be responsible for performing technical duties involving MRI imaging, including developing, initiating, and monitoring procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the MRI unit. Key Responsibilities • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders. • Develop, initiate, and monitor imaging protocols and procedures to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes. • Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to confidentiality standards while interacting with patients and team members. • Collaborate with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care. • Perform quality control checks on equipment and imaging results to ensure accuracy and safety. Requirements • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiology Program. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist. • Licenses/Certifications: • ARRT Registered. • Texas Medical Board MRT license. • CPR-BLS certification. • Skills: • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion. • Proficiency in MRI imaging techniques and protocols.
