Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations, including overseeing shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints. • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and increase efficiency. • Manage and train staff to ensure that they meet performance expectations and deliver exceptional customer service. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Prepare and present reports to senior management on a regular basis.
