PLUS we are now offering a Weekend Bonus Incentive for caregivers who demonstrate consistency and commitment. • $18–$25/hr based on experience • $100 weekend bonus when you complete 50 weekend hours • Flexible weekend or every-other-weekend scheduling • Immediate openings available • 24/7 supportive care team available • Local cases in Charlottesville, VA and surrounding areas • Ideal for caregivers with weekday commitments or seeking supplemental income • Consistent weekend opportunities available What You’ll Do Caregivers assist with a variety of daily living activities, such as: • Driving clients to appointments or errands • Providing medication reminders • Preparing meals and assisting with cooking • Performing light housekeeping tasks Caregivers with appropriate certifications (CNA, PCA, HHA) may also provide hands-on personal care, including: • Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene • Help with feeding • Mobility and ambulation support • Bathing assistance • Transfers (bed/chair) • Toileting and incontinence care What We’re Looking For • CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred • At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred • Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members • Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required • Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation *All offers are contingent on completion of a background check and MVR screening.
