What you will do: • Participate (daily store meetings and product/online education) in order to provide optimal customer service. • Welcome guests into the store and provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish. • Introduce guests to our products and services and make recommendations by following Sage + Sound Customer Service steps. • Educate and inform guests of the benefits of using our products and services and provide demonstrations when necessary. • Book service appointments and check guests in and out for service appointments and/or classes. • Transact POS sales accurately and maintain reporting as necessary and assisting and offering guidance to fellow Wellness Guides when necessary. • Work in back-of-house to receive inventory shipments and keep stock neat and organized. • Support the planning and execution of in-store special events. • Participate in daily store operations and maintenance including light cleaning, trash, organizing stock, etc. • Lead the store in the absence of a Lead / AGM / GM to include customer service and store maintenance (interior and exterior). • Participate in learning and development activities. About You • Retail or hospitality experience a plus, but not required. • Beauty / wellness experience a plus, but not required. • Shopify experience preferred, but not required. • MindBody experience preferred, but not required. • Possess strong sales skills. • Willingness to give and receive feedback on improving the store environment and customer service. • A can-do attitude and the willingness to own every challenge and roll up your sleeves as needed. • A team player and self-starter who thrives working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment. • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
