Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg | Full Time Pay Range: $46.47 – $65.05 per hour Shift: 12-hour Shifts Shift: (6:45am – 7:15pm) or ( 6:45pm - 7:15am) Bonuses: • Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (3+ years Acute Care RN experience) • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (1–3 years experience) About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) Unit. In this role, you will deliver holistic, patient-centered care using the Nursing Process while demonstrating strong clinical judgment, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. You will play a key role in improving patient outcomes while working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced acute care environment.
