Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (Full-Time, Day & Nights) Porterville, CA | Acute Care Hospital Setting Compensation & Benefits • Hourly Pay Range: $46.47 – $65.05 (based on experience) • Sign-On Bonus: • $20,000 (3+ years of experience) • $5,000 (1–3 years of experience) • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement) Schedule • Full-Time | Night/Day Shift • 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM /7:15 AM - 6:45pm • Includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and callback shifts as needed Work Setting • Labor & Delivery Unit within an acute care hospital • Fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on maternal and newborn care About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns throughout the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages for our client. In this role, you will utilize clinical expertise, critical thinking, and patient-centered care to support safe deliveries and positive patient outcomes. You will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
