Role Summary Our client is a leading HVAC services organization based in Spring, Texas. They are seeking a leader who can ensure high-quality installations, maintenance, and repair services. The role is responsible for overseeing workflow, providing technical guidance, and driving customer satisfaction across residential and commercial projects. Mandatory Requirements • Overall experience range: 3 to 8 years of hands-on HVAC experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or Lead Technician role. • Valid EPA Universal Certification and a current Texas TDLR Technician or Contractor License. • Expertise in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, and high-efficiency air conditioning units. • Must have experience in: Construction – Specialty Trades – Mechanical / HVAC, HVAC, and Manufacturing – HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers). • Must hold AABC or NEBB certification. MUST-HAVE INDUSTRIES: Candidates must have experience working in one or more of the following industries: Construction – Specialty Trades – Mechanical / HVAC, HVAC, Manufacturing – HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers) Compensation Details Salary: USD $30.00 – $40.00 per hour Variable Compensation Performance-based bonuses may be available based on individual and team performance results.
