In this role, you will provide initial mental health assessments and ongoing therapy sessions for adult and geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). You will have full clinical autonomy, supported by an administrative team that handles billing and authorizations, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.
