In partnership with Telos Health Systems, we are currently hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide high-quality behavioral health care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). Key Highlights • Minimum 2 Days per Week Choose the days that work best for you • Flexible, autonomous scheduling • Competitive pay-per-encounter compensation model • No billing or insurance work required • Serve a high-need population in long-term care settings Responsibilities • Conduct diagnostic assessments and initial mental health evaluations • Provide follow-up psychotherapy to residents in SNFs and ALFs • Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations • Collaborate with facility staff and Directors of Mental Health • Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care coordination when needed Qualifications • Active LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist license • Masters or Doctoral degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology • Experience working in behavioral health or long-term care preferred • Ability to work independently with remote support • Strong documentation and communication skills What Makes This Role Different?
