Responsibilities: • Conduct internal investigations and manage broad litigation cases. • Take and defend depositions. • Research and draft pleadings. • Handle court appearances and large-scale document productions. • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent client service. Qualifications: • Three to six years of broad litigation experience. • Experience in internal investigations, depositions, research, drafting pleadings, court appearances, and document productions. • Strong writing and analytical skills. • Judicial clerkship experience preferred. • Strong academic credentials. • Superb judgment and communication skills. • Commitment to providing excellent client services. Salary: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $190,000 to $240,000, in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws. In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on factors such as work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
