The Key Responsibilities · Try several cases a year · Strategize and work with staff on litigation cases · Work with management to establish procedures & standards to maximize case outcomes. · Work with management to establish training & development paths for staff · Work closely with management to build an outstanding litigation team · Drafting/reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, demands, depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial dockets Qualifications · Extensive litigation experience with successful outcome · FL State Bar license · Knowledge of recent trends and legal changes that affect personal injury practicing procedures · Ability to be a team player & have a desire to positively affect those around you.
