We are looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist. Must be customer service savvy with a happy attitude. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of customer service experience in a veterinary practice, strong verbal and written skills, and proficiency with practice management software platform(s). Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a day off during the week. We are closed on all major holidays. We offer PTO after one year of full-time employment. Responsibilities • Greet and assist clients and their pets with exceptional customer service. • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records. • Handle animals with care, ensuring their comfort and safety during visits. • Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with the veterinary team. • Assist in basic animal care tasks, including restraint and examination preparation. • Support medical collection processes as needed, ensuring compliance with policies.
