This job was updated on 2/7/25 Position Overview: • Role: General Dentist • Location: Asheville, North Carolina • Schedule: 4-day work week (3-5 days per week) • Compensation: Competitive % of Net Production • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Key Responsibilities: • Use advanced clinical and radiological techniques to diagnose patients dental needs. • Provide comprehensive care, including routine exams, restorations, extractions, crowns, cleanings, and fluoride treatments. • Comfortable with bread and butter restorative dentistry, crown and bridge work, and simple extractions. • Refer patients to specialists when necessary. • Supervise dental hygienists and dental assistants to ensure quality care. • Oversee administrative functions within the office.
