Member Enrollment Specialist — SignatureMD Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid) | Mon–Fri | ~40 hrs/week | $25/hr | 3-month temp-to-perm Help people find the personalized healthcare experience they deserve. As the first point of contact for prospective members exploring SignatureMD's concierge physician network, you'll turn inquiries into relationships — and relationships into enrollments. What you'll do • Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice (and chat partner) for people exploring concierge medicine • Explain the benefits of personalized care and guide members through enrollment • Manage 30+ calls a day, follow up promptly, and keep CRM records sharp • Hit conversion and activity goals while delivering a five-star experience • Handle enrollment data entry with accuracy and discretion What you bring • A background in sales, healthcare, customer success, or hospitality • Natural relationship-building and consultative sales instincts • Comfort working independently and hitting metrics in a fast-paced environment • CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) a plus • Solid Microsoft Office skills • Flexibility for shifts between 8am–8pm EST, Monday–Friday • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Why SignatureMD?
