Pharm / MBA in IBD with minimum experience of 5 to 7 years Company: Pharmaceutical Company Salary: As per industry norms & Depends on candidate's experience Job Profile : - Market survey to identify new products for business and feedback to head office. - Liaison with ministry, government offices, lawyers with regard to understanding and fulfilment of challenges related to product registration, regulatory affairs and legal compliances in coordination with head office. - FDA & Lab Coordination through regulatory team. - Find a new distributor. - Develop P2P Business. - Help establishing presence of USL in the East & West Africa market and establishment of own office/subsidiary Company in future. - In future when office is set up, Office administration and maintenance of statutory documents in office records. - Understanding and following all the guidelines of head office and timely revert as and when required and directed. - Protect business of the company and find ways and means to improve further. - Foresee and remove bottlenecks in performance. - Team building and ensure budgeted performance from team through customer selection, coverage plan, and training & motivation.
