The Medical Records Clerk, under the supervision of the Manager or designee, is responsible for performing routine clerical functions in the Health Information Management (HIM) department and entering patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) according to standard procedures and specific direction in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
