This full-time role involves precision work with thermoplastic and thermoset parts using a variety of semi-automated tools and equipment. If you enjoy hands-on, detailed work and take pride in quality and consistency, this may be the ideal opportunity. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Perform manual assembly tasks to strict customer requirements • Insert components, apply adhesives, and mark parts per specifications • Use semi-automated tools such as engraver units, pneumatic crimping tools, hydraulic presses, and potting compound systems • Set up new jobs with minimal supervision, ensuring minimal scrap or fallout • Identify and escalate quality issues within the production cell • Train and delegate tasks to lower-level operators when required • Measure parts and assemblies using calipers, micrometers, height stands, CMM, and other tools • Complete all required documentation clearly and accurately • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality.
