A leading ophthalmology group is seeking a board-certified Glaucoma Specialist or Surgeon to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled ophthalmologist with glaucoma fellowship training who is looking to practice in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment with flexible scheduling and robust support staff. Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Employed) Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive medical and surgical glaucoma care • Collaborate with a team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and ambulatory surgical center staff • Participate in surgical procedures in an AAAHC-certified, on-site ambulatory surgical center • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing medical education Qualifications: • Board Certification in Ophthalmology • Completion of a Glaucoma Fellowship • Eligible for or currently holding an active Massachusetts medical license Preferred Experience: • Strong clinical and surgical skills in glaucoma management • Prior experience as a practicing glaucoma specialist or surgeon is preferred, but newly trained fellows are welcome to apply Compensation and Benefits: • Base salary range: $350,000–$400,000, plus a percentage of net collections • Signing bonus of $10,000 or relocation assistance up to $10,000 • 401(k) with discretionary match • $2,500 annual CME reimbursement • Company-paid life insurance, long-term and short-term disability • Medical and dental insurance (employee premium applies; two plan options) Practice Highlights: • Modern clinic with Imedicware EHR/EMR system • Owns an AAAHC-certified ambulatory surgical center with two ORs and room for expansion • Extensive surgical block time available • Support staff includes technicians, scribes, and ASC personnel • Training available on all provided equipment Scheduling and Work Environment: • Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 am–5:30 pm; flexible scheduling available • Patient volume and daily schedule tailored to the surgeon's preferences and clinical focus Additional Information: • The practice is committed to a collaborative, patient-focused approach • Excellent opportunity for professional growth with ample surgical volume How to Apply: Apply today and become part of this growing family of eye care professionals.
