Quick learner. • Strong data management (excel etc.) • Competently understand test methods required to deliver a quality product and conduct laboratory experiments. Hair color Chemist duties: • Assist hair color scientists in developing new hair color formulations. • Problem solve, lab batch, analysis, and testing. • Prepare lab batches for hair color applications and conduct testing to verify release criteria. • Conduct stability and efficacy testing including detailing experiments, analysis, and summary of results. • Maintain documentation of lab results, conclusions, and next steps. • Contact suppliers and in-house experts to source raw materials or data as needed.
