Production Control Supervisor duties: • Review and reconcile batch totals to system totals, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. • Perform daily quality control audits of various reports to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Oversee and monitor the schedule and quality control of daily notice mailings, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. • Administer the refund Program, including processing refund requests and ensuring compliance with established procedures. • Complete imaging, corrections, and quality control of handwritten citations to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
