Responsibilities: Conduct remote patient interviews to gather medical histories and update records. Assist physicians with virtual consultations by managing patient data and documentation. Coordinate and schedule telehealth appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups. Respond to patient inquiries via phone or email, providing accurate information and support. Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Prepare and distribute digital medical reports and summaries to relevant healthcare providers. Support administrative tasks such as billing, coding, and manage electronic health records.
