We are partnered with a wonderful organization seeking a Director of Surgical Services provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for perioperative services. This leader oversees quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, financial performance, physician relationships, staffing, and service line growth while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. This is a full time, salaried and benefited role. Shift is full time days, no weekends.
