Job Description: We are seeking talented and experienced R&D Hardware Engineers to join our innovative team in Pune. As an R&D Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of hardware components, including circuit designs for microcontrollers (MCU), processors, memory, mixed-signal, and analog-based systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in hardware design, schematic development for complex circuit boards, and excellent analytical skills. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech). • 1-5 years of experience in hardware design and development. • Proficiency in circuit design for MCU, processors, memory, mixed-signal, and analog-based systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues. • Experience with schematic design tools and software (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD). • Knowledge of simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, LTspice) and hardware testing methodologies. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality hardware solutions.
