Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Shift In-Charge to oversee day-to-day production activities, manage a team of process controllers, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety norms. This role ensures smooth operations, coordinates with quality and maintenance teams, and plays a key part in plant performance.
