Experience in engineering analysis, investigations, certification and Systems Engineering to sustain and modify a materiel system. Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritise complex tasks. Excellent written and communication skills. Work in a collaborative environment. DESIRABLE: Previous Royal Australian Navy (RAN), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) or Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG) experience. Chartered Engineer or on the pathway to becoming a Chartered Engineer. COMPLIANCE: Must hold or be eligible to hold Security Clearance to Negative Vetting level 1 (NV1). Hold or be able to obtain a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
