This role requires a motivated professional with strong sales skills and excellent English fluency to conduct outreach via phone and email. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound sales calls to vendors and sponsorship prospects using provided scripts. • Engage potential clients, answer inquiries, and qualify leads. • Send follow-up emails using pre-written templates. • Track interactions and progress using Gentasks CRM system. • Utilize the "Open Phone" dialer for dedicated call management. • Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and performance. Requirements: • Minimum of three years of sales experience. • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. • Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively. • Experience in phone-based sales, customer service, or lead generation. • Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer systems (experience with "Open Phone" is a plus). • Highly organized and results-driven. Preferred Qualifications: • Background in vendor recruitment or sponsorship sales. • Experience working with wellness, recovery, or counseling organizations. • Ability to adapt to different sales strategies based on business needs.
