Senior Application Program Manager Baton Rouge LA (Hybrid) 24+ months Contract The scope of the proposed services will include the following: • Architect functional solutions for SAP integrations. • Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results; • Define program goals and objectives, and align them with the organization's strategy; • Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets; • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget; • Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed; • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management; • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met; • Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards; • Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices; • Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes; • Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide application support for agency's workload demands. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Ten (10) plus years of experience and/or relevant experience in the following areas: o Project management o SAP Integrations o SAP Public Sector Financials Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: SAP Grants Management (GM) SAP Funds Management (FM) SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) SAP SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) SAP Budget and Planning (SBP) SAP Materials Management (MM)
