Seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of multiple high-end custom homes in the Lakeside region of Montana. This role is ideal for a superintendent who understands regional building methods, seasonal constraints, and weather-driven scheduling specific to Northwest Montana. Phase 1 includes luxury residences, each ranging from $15M–$20M, with additional phases planned based on performance and project expansion.
