The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, and a proven ability to drive both service excellence and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all front-of-house operations, including dining room and bar service • Lead, train, and mentor FOH staff, with a strong emphasis on bar team development • Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly • Manage daily service flow, reservations, and floor operations • Oversee bar program execution, including cocktail consistency, presentation, and speed of service • Collaborate with leadership on beverage menu development and seasonal offerings • Monitor and control labor and beverage costs to meet financial targets • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships for bar operations • Drive sales through upselling strategies, staff education, and guest engagement Qualifications • Proven experience as a Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Bar Manager in an upscale or high-volume environment • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and current beverage trends • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting • Financial acumen, including cost control, inventory management, and labor optimization • Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset • Certification in alcohol service (or ability to obtain) preferred
