Were seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the inpatient rehabilitation team at Hays Medical Center in Hays, KS. What You'll Do: • Evaluate patients conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to enhance their recovery. • Instruct nursing staff and patients families on follow-through programs to support ongoing progress. • Communicate patient progress and concerns with supervisors and team members. • Assist with scheduling, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing standards. • Document patient care accurately and in alignment with all requirements. • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure proper care of equipment. • Adhere to the organization's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and professional standards. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
