Medical Facilities is looking for Locum - Physician - OB/GYN in Margate, FL Please review below details and let me know the best level of interest: JOB DESCRIPTION: SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS • Must have active FL Medical license and DEA prior to presentation • Must have clean background and malpractice • Clinicians must have the below reflected on their case logs in the last 2 years in order to be granted privs: • 25 GYN cases with 5 major abdominal surgeries • 50+ deliveries AS A REMINDER: • All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job. • CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format • Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top • Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV • EPA (Please use the attached EPA.
