The hospital is looking for NP - Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner in Goodyear, AZ Please review below details and let me know the best level of interest: JOB DESCRIPTION: SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS • Must have clean background and malpractice • Must have ATLS • Must have AZ license and DEA • Must have ACNP or certification • 1st assist & trauma experience preferred • At least 1 year of experience in Trauma/ED and ICU Submission Requirements AS A REMINDER: • All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job. • CV (Curriculum Vitae) must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format • Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top • Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV • EPA (Envision Pre-Application) (Please use the attached EPA.
