BE must have ACLS-PALS-ATLS. Minimum two years experience required. Cover Type: • Emergency Department Information: 33,000 projected annual patient visits • 17 bed ED, including Fast Track • 24 hours of day physician coverage • Physician Shifts 7a-7p, 8a-4p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a • APP Shifts: 10a-6p, 6p-2a • 16 hours of advanced practice provider coverage EMR Epic PALS required AS A REMINDER: • All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job. • CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format • Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top • Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV • EPA (Please use the attached EPA.
