Dates: 04/16/2023 starting @ 7PM 04/24/2023 at 7AM 05/06/2023 starting at 7AM 05/09/2023 at 7PM 05/18/2023 starting at 7AM 05/24/2023 at 7PM May be some flexibility with dates. Please list blocks of availability for April May and June. • Does Provider need to be Board Certified- Yes • Are Temp Privileges Available- Yes • Is there trauma involved? If so, what level?
