Founded in 2019, the client has about 300 people, has raised $230M+ from Andreessen Horowitz and WestCap, and holds $500M in signed contracts. The Role The client is hiring Deployment Strategists (3-6 years) to own live enterprise deployments of ValonOS for the largest mortgage servicers in the country. This is for a high-horsepower operator from consulting, banking, investing or a high-growth startup who wants to move from making recommendations to owning outcomes end to end, deploying eight- and nine-figure enterprise contracts. What You Will Do • Own enterprise deployments from understanding a client's operation through platform configuration, adoption and measurable business results. • Spend time on-site with customers observing workflows, digging into data and solving operational problems. • Partner with engineering and product to turn messy legacy workflows into scalable software. • Make decisions with incomplete information across deployments that all look different. • Build the playbooks, tooling and processes that make future rollouts faster. What You Bring • 3-6 years in strategy consulting (MBB), investment banking, private equity, hedge funds or a high-growth startup • Undergraduate degree from a top-20 university (or international equivalent) • Demonstrated, daily AI fluency with AI tools and coding agents • Built playbooks, tooling or processes from scratch • High agency and ownership; comfortable in ambiguity • Career stability (promotions within a company are a strong plus) • Hybrid in NYC or SF 3-4 days a week and 10-20% domestic travel Nice to Have • Experience at a fast-growing startup such as Scale AI • SQL, Python or data warehousing familiarity Benefits Lunch and dinner on in-office days, dog-friendly NYC office, relocation assistance up to $10K.
