The client has raised $250M+ and is a later-stage (Series D+) company. The Role The client is hiring Engagement Leads (5+ years in accounting software implementation and customer management) to deploy its back-office accounting products to enterprise customers. You will be a forward-deployed accountant, part consultant and part implementation expert, helping customers scope, configure and launch financial automation at startup speed. What You Will Do • Manage customer engagements end to end with CFOs and finance teams deploying accounting and ERP products. • Scope customer workflows and configure the client's accounting software to fit. • Own pre-sales and post-sales work for accounting products (GL, AP, AR, payroll, payments). • Explain complex accounting and technical concepts clearly to customers. • Move fast, take ownership and build processes from scratch.
