The Role Candid is hiring Senior Software Engineers (8+ years) to join a high-velocity team building the platform that is remaking how healthcare providers get paid. You will own large areas of product and infrastructure end to end, designing, shipping and scaling complex services that eliminate manual work. The team values strong CS fundamentals and the ability to write production code without leaning on AI tools. What You Will Do • Design, build and maintain complex services across the stack in Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL and GCP. • Own features from architecture through deployment and production reliability. • Lead scalability and infrastructure improvements as enterprise usage grows. • Work with product, design and cross-functional partners on robust solutions. • Raise the engineering bar through live coding interviews and mentorship.
