Key Responsibilities: • Act as a point of contact between clients and the recruitment team. • Gather hiring requirements from clients and document them accurately. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely understanding and fulfillment of client needs. • Follow up with clients to gather feedback on profiles shared and interviews conducted. • Maintain records of client communications and requirements. • Support the HR and recruitment teams in daily operations and client updates. • Ensure smooth and professional client interactions at all times.
