The role You run the floor for a section or a full function: pre-shift, assignments, timing with the kitchen, service standards, and the handoff to the client's banquet manager. Captains are the backbone of how we deliver. Charlotte is our next full market: uptown hotels, the convention district, University City, and the clubs and venues around the region.
