The role You serve plated and buffet functions at hotels, conference centers and catered events: setup, service, clearing and breakdown, working under a Banquet Captain and a designated Event Lead on every shift. Atlanta is our headquarters market: hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues from downtown and Midtown to Buckhead, Perimeter, Gwinnett and the airport corridor.
