We need senior people analytics consultants who can turn workforce data into operating decisions. Who we want People analytics professionals with 5-15 years experience. Former Workday, ADP, Visier, or Greenhouse analytics teams. Boutique workforce consulting firms with a quantitative bent. Healthcare or behavioral health workforce analytics experience strongly preferred. Comfortable in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Working knowledge of Python or R is a plus. What you would do • Workforce KPI dashboard design for client systems • Turnover and retention modeling against BH workforce benchmarks • Predictive headcount planning • Compensation and pay equity analytics • Clinical workforce ratio analysis • Annual benchmark studies for client retainers Engagement structure $0 retained. $75-150/hr when engaged.
