Location Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site) Language Requirements • English (C1+ level) Your Role As part of an international Customer Interaction team, you will: • Represent a global digital platform in a live, studio-based environment • Engage with online users in a professional, friendly, and energetic way • Deliver real-time interactions while maintaining high service standards • Create a positive and engaging user experience on camera • Follow structured on-screen processes and internal systems • Collaborate closely with production and operations teams This role suits candidates who are confident communicators, comfortable being visible, and motivated by interactive, performance-driven environments.
