Accounting Assistant- Japanese Bilingual • AP & AR (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable) • Reconciliation (bank, credit card) • Closing work related to project cases (BOM, invoices) • Monthly, semi-annual, and annual closing work (document preparation, etc.) • Purchasing work (communication with engineers, sales, and vendors & PO issuance) • Research and documentation related to customs/tariffs • Monthly filing of Sales & Use Tax • Assistance with preparing documents for tax return filing • Inventory review and related accounting processing (e.g., calculation of reserves/allowances) • Rebate issuance • Sub-parts inventory management
