General Surgeon (Robotic & Advanced Laparoscopic) Montclair & Covina, California Robotic surgery program | Established referral network | Partnership potential | Southern California lifestyle Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal is seeking a General Surgeon to join its established physician-led group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. This opportunity offers robotic technology, a strong referral base, and the opportunity to build a busy surgical practice. The incoming surgeon will provide inpatient and outpatient surgical care, support clinics in Montclair and Covina, and perform procedures at affiliated hospitals throughout the region. Position Highlights • Private multi-specialty surgical group • Robotic and advanced laparoscopic surgery using DaVinci technology • Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests, including colorectal or advanced general surgery • Established referral network with strong volume potential • Partnership potential for the right candidate Practice Overview • Physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire • Current team includes 2 General Surgeons, 1 Colorectal Surgeon, and 1 Physician Assistant • Affiliated with Prime Healthcare and Emanate Health facilities What You'll Do • Perform acute and elective general surgery procedures • Perform robotic-assisted and advanced laparoscopic surgeries • Manage outpatient clinic visits in Montclair and Covina • Provide inpatient surgical consultations and follow-up care • Participate in ER and hospital call coverage Schedule & Call • Full-Time • Clinic hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM • Flexible clinic and OR scheduling • 1:3 night and weekend call rotation • Call typically shared across two hospitals What We're Looking For • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in General Surgery • Interest in robotic and minimally invasive surgery • Ability to build and grow a surgical practice • Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care Compensation & Employment Structure • Year 1 income guarantee: $350,000 plus productivity bonus • Year 2+ productivity-based compensation model • Approximately 70% of collections after expenses, negotiable • Shared overhead structure • Relocation assistance negotiable • Malpractice insurance provided • New graduates may be hired as W-2 employees • Experienced surgeons may work as 1099 independent contractors About Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal is a physician-led surgical practice providing advanced surgical care throughout Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire for more than 20 years.
