We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Schedule Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our practice running smoothly and ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities: • Appointment Management: Confirm and manage patient appointments to reduce no-shows and maintain an efficient schedule • Patient Outreach: Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling as needed • Reception Duties: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and redirecting calls to the appropriate team members • Hygiene Recall: Maintain and update recall and hygiene appointment lists to support patients in receiving timely preventive care • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the office manager and other team members to maintain a well-organized and harmonious office environment Qualifications: • Previous experience in a dental setting is required, preferably 3 years • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively • Familiarity with dental practice management software and basic computer skills • Adaptable and team-oriented, with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic office setting What We Offer: • Hourly pay DOE with bonus potential • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities • A supportive, collaborative team environment
