Maintenance of monthly training MIS and ensure the man days target of Field operation are met. Developing the capabilities of the Training Managers Development of poor performing CMs and AVPs Developing the potential CMs and BMs for the next level Stakeholder engagement to understand the training need and showcase the training effectiveness Execution of Certification Programme , E learning and Assessments  Key Responsibilites: Field Training Operation & MIS. Induction of the assigned target audience. Targeted development of CMs and AVPs. Performance indicators training man-days knowledge & skill score coverage & penetraion of training activities training impact on business outcome training audit score.
