Qualifications: • 15+ years experience • PE required • Data Center experience preferred, but not required • Advanced Civil 3D skills • Ability to follow lead a site civil team on a project and to collaborate with other discipline team members remotely • Adaptability to work within a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines • Position based near any of the Client's offices in the USA. Responsibilities: • Site development, site master planning and site selection • Underground utility routing and site space planning • Hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems • Analyzing and designing gravitational wastewater systems • Performing final grading plans including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing • Providing erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans and support permit approval • Researching and adhering to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction in any given area • Stormwater analysis and modeling in software applications, such as StormCAD, CivilStorm
