Project Development & Technical Leadership • Lead conceptual design and proposal development, including scope, cost, and schedule input. • Conduct site visits for data collection and constructability reviews. • Participate in HAZOP, LOPA, and other safety or risk assessments. • Ensure design quality through QA/QC checks and standards compliance. • Serve as the technical point of contact for clients and vendors throughout design and procurement. • Support construction and commissioning with RFI responses, as-built reviews, and field troubleshooting. • Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of internal design tools and standards. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an ABET-accredited program. • Minimum 7 years of relevant electrical engineering experience; EPC project experience preferred. • Masters degree may substitute for 1 year of experience. • Proficiency in standard engineering design methods, ANSI/IEEE standards, and related electrical codes. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proven experience leading design teams and coordinating multi-discipline project execution. • Ability to perform technical reviews of detailed engineering documents. • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. • Ability to travel up to 25%.
