Train participants on cargo market trends, pricing strategies, business development, and airline cargo operations. Conduct assessments, assignments, and performance evaluations for trainees. Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes in air cargo and logistics. Provide guidance and support to learners throughout the training process. Coordinate with the academic and operations team for scheduling and program delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Logistics, Business, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in air cargo, logistics, or aviation training. Strong knowledge of cargo operations and cargo marketing strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Training or instructional experience preferred.
